FAQ
Ajorsul Fair Mercoóptica is the largest jewelry, eyewear and watch trade show in southern Brazil, held annually at Serra Park in Gramado, Rio Grande do Sul. It connects leading jewelry manufacturers, casting workshops, watch brands and retail distributors across Latin America. At the 2026 edition (September 24–26), Flashforge will showcase its latest wax 3D printing solutions designed specifically for jewelry production, from independent studios to high-volume foundries.
Flashforge will display two flagship wax 3D printers tailored to jewelry production needs. The WJ530 is built for high-volume jewelry manufacturing — featuring three printheads, faster output, and elimination of wax tree assembly to reduce labor and management overhead. The WJ51C is a compact studio solution with up to 3 kg/month production capacity, ≥57% wax utilization and high-resolution output ideal for jewelry studios and small-batch casting.
Traditional jewelry casting with resin printers requires multiple post-processing steps — supports, post-cure, complex burnout and extensive polishing — which add labor time and material waste. Flashforge's pure wax 3D printing simplifies the workflow to just three steps: print, cast, done. Using 100% pure wax ensures clean burnout with no ash residue, superior surface finish and reliable dimensional accuracy for investment casting. This is especially valuable for Brazilian jewelry workshops looking to streamline production.
Yes. At booth XXXVI153 during Ajorsul Fair Mercoóptica 2026, Flashforge will run live, continuous demonstrations of both the WJ530 and WJ51C wax 3D printers, printing real jewelry models in real time. Visitors can examine finished wax patterns, compare surface quality against traditional methods, and discuss specific jewelry production challenges with our technical team.
