5.6 Responding to Your Requests

We will respond to your request within 30 days. If you are dissatisfied, you can also lodge a complaint or report to regulatory authorities such as the Cyberspace Administration, Telecommunications Bureau, Public Security Bureau, and Industrial and Commercial Bureau.
For your reasonable requests, we generally do not charge a fee. However, for multiple repetitive requests or requests beyond reasonable limits, we may charge a certain cost. Requests that are repeatedly made without a valid reason, require excessive technical means (e.g., requiring the development of a new system or fundamentally changing current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., involving information stored on backup tapes) may be refused.
In the following circumstances, as required by laws and regulations, we will be unable to respond to your requests:
Directly related to national security or national defense security;
Directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;
Directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, or execution of judgments and the like;
There is sufficient evidence to show subjective malice or abuse of rights on your part;
Responding to your request would result in serious harm to your or other individuals' legitimate rights and interests;
Necessary for protecting the life, property, or major lawful rights and interests of you or other individuals, while it is very difficult to obtain your consent;
Involving trade secrets;
Related to our fulfillment of legal obligations specified by laws and regulations.
6. How We Process the Personal Data of Minors
We consider it the responsibility of parents or other guardians to supervise the use of our products or services by minors. However, we do not directly provide services to minors, nor do we use the personal data of minors for marketing purposes. Personal data collected and generated during our operations in the People's Republic of China will be stored in data centers in mainland China. Personal data collected and generated during operations in Russia will be stored in data centers in Russia. Personal data collected and generated during operations in other countries and regions will be stored in data centers in Singapore.
Due to the global nature of our business, this means that, with your authorization and consent, your personal data may be transferred to jurisdictions outside the country or region where you use our products or services, or may be accessed from those jurisdictions.
To ensure the registration and login of accounts, device connectivity, device maintenance, and material authentication, the following information may be involved in cross-border storage and processing: username, phone number, email address, password, country, city, platform operation data, device model and serial number, device IP address, local time zone, and time.
We will ensure that your personal data receives the same level of protection as required in the People's Republic of China. For example, we may request your consent for cross-border transfer of personal data, or implement security measures such as data de-identification before cross-border data transfer.
7.2 Storage Duration
We will only retain your personal data for the shortest period necessary to fulfil the purposes stated in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is otherwise required by laws and regulations. For example, E-Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China requires that information related to goods and services, and transaction information, must be retained for a period not less than three years from the date of completion of the transaction.
We determine the storage period of your personal data mainly based on the following criteria:
Completion of the purposes related to your transactions, and maintenance of corresponding transaction and business records to address your possible inquiries or complaints;
Ensuring the security and quality of services provided to you;
Whether you have agreed to a longer retention period;
Requirements related to statutes of limitations for litigation;
Whether there are other special agreements or legal requirements regarding the retention period.
Upon expiration of such retention period, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
7.3 Storage Security
We employ reasonable industry-standard physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to maintain the integrity and security of your personal data, and provide a variety of protection strategies to effectively ensure the information security for users and devices.
7.3.1 Data Communication: Support the use of secure algorithms and encryption protocols for communication.
7.3.2 Data Processing: Employ strict data filtering and validation as well as a comprehensive data audit process.
7.3.3 Data Storage: All user data undergoes secure encryption, with continuous 24/7 monitoring to prevent any unauthorized access to data and services, as well as to protect against risk environments. Secure transmission processes ensure the integrity and accuracy of transmitted data.
7.3.4 In addition to the aforementioned technical security measures, we have established a series of security safeguards at the system and control levels. These include assigning clear role-based responsibilities, conducting security and privacy training courses, raising employee awareness of data protection, and controlling access permissions to prevent data loss, unauthorized use, unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering, or destruction.
